Harderwijk, 07-04-2026 – Zes maanden na de overname door de Mutares Group heeft Kawneer Europe gerichte stappen gezet om de organisatie en het leiderschap verder te versterken. Met activiteiten in Nederland, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk richt het bedrijf zich op verdere stabiliteit en beheersbare groei.
Na een analyse van de organisatie en haar bedrijfsvoering zijn aanpassingen doorgevoerd in de structuur en het bestuursmodel. Deze maatregelen zorgen voor duidelijkere verantwoordelijkheden, snellere besluitvorming en een betere aansluiting bij de markten waarin Kawneer Europe actief is.
Versterkt leiderschapsteam
De managementstructuur is aangepast om de organisatie toekomstbestendig te maken. Nico Klomp is benoemd tot Chief Executive Officer (CEO) en Marc van Rijswijk tot Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Samen zijn zij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de onderneming.
Daarnaast worden binnen de organisaties in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Frankrijk nieuwe leidinggevende functies en managementposities ingevuld. Hiermee wordt de lokale expertise versterkt en wordt de langetermijngroei en veerkracht van het bedrijf ondersteund.

Introductie van een nieuwe naam
Als onderdeel van de lopende rebranding en migratie kondigt het bedrijf aan dat de naam Kawneer zal veranderen in Novastruct. Deze wijziging ondersteunt de nieuwe merkidentiteit voor de toekomst. De officiële Europese lancering van het nieuwe merk vindt plaats op 28 mei. In de periode daarna wordt de nieuwe naam gefaseerd doorgevoerd in alle communicatie in Nederland, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Vooruitblik
Met meer dan 450 klanten, drie productielocaties en ruim 300 medewerkers blijft de organisatie investeren in innovatieve en duurzame geveloplossingen. De samenwerking met Mutares ondersteunt deze ontwikkeling met aanvullende expertise en financiële slagkracht.

Kawneer Europe strengthens organisation and leadership
Harderwijk, 07-04-2026 – Six months after its acquisition by the Mutares Group, Kawneer Europe has taken targeted steps to strengthen its organisation and leadership. With operations in the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom, the company is focusing on further stability and controlled growth.
Following an analysis of the organisation and its operations, adjustments have been made to the structure and management model. These measures result in clearer responsibilities, faster decision-making and improved alignment with the markets in which Kawneer Europe operates.
Strengthened leadership team
The management structure has been adapted to make the organisation future-proof. Nico Klomp has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Marc van Rijswijk as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Together, they are responsible for the continued development of the company.
In addition, new leadership positions and management hires will be introduced within the UK and France organisations, reinforcing local expertise and supporting the company’s longterm growth and resilience.

Introduction of a new name
We are excited to let you know that as part of our ongoing rebranding and the migration, the name Kawneer will change to Novastruct. This transition supports our new brand identity going forward. The official European launch of the brand will take place on 28 May. In the period that follows, the new name will be rolled out in phases across communications in the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom.
